“Mezcla Centroamericana”
Selected coffee beans originating from the Central American plantations of Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua, are blended together and roasted in Sydney for Bacio Cafe. Taking advantage of Central America’s experienced coffee producers and rich volcanic soil we have been able to produce a smooth, full bodied coffee with strong hints of nuts and cocoa and caramel.

At Bacio Espresso you will find real, whole food prepared fresh daily. Everything we serve from breakfast to our sandwiches, salads, soups & more are made to order using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Many of our authentic recipes are inspired from the Mediterranean with unique spices and bold flavors that you can taste in every bite.
